Having lived all his life in Cairo AmrAbdElaziz ended his formal education with his graduation from high school and began his career in performing arts as an actor in 2005. Among other plays Amr performed in “Sahwetrabya” directed by LailaSoliman and choreographed by Karima Mansour during the Damascus Festival in 2008. It was during his acting experiences from 2005 to 2008 that Amr became interested in the art of mime. As it was very difficult to study mime in Egypt due to the lack of professionals in this field, Amr decided to study contemporary dance from 2008 to 2010 with different instructors since he felt that contemporary dance was closely related to the body language of a mime. Amr began his self-education as a mime in 2010 and in parallel participated in workshops for classical mime, modern mime, and mime choreography. Over the course of the past two years, Amr choreographed and performed five mime solo pieces “I am not Romeo” (in Sawy Culture Wheel), “The black balloon” (in the Cairo Opera House), “The white balloon” (in Rawabet), “Stop to think” (in Darb 1718), and “The giver tree” (in Sawy Culture wheel). In 2011 he acted in the mime play “Under construction” directed by Karina Olla in the Cairo Opera House. In 2012 Amr choreographed and performed eight interactive and improvisational mime solos in carriages of the Cairo metro. The young professional has also given mime workshops to children on a regular basis.

Créée en 1997, la compagnie La Commedia Infinita, réunit principalement des comédiens mimes issus de l’Ecole Internationale de Mimodrame Marcel Marceau. Sans dénier la tradition de l’art du mime, La Commedia Infinita intègre dans son travail les techniques du théâtre d’objets, de la marionnette et de l’acrobatie. Ainsi, elle tente d’explorer tous les moyens d’expression où le corps est fortement engagé et qui permettent de traduire des émotions dans un langage universel. En dehors de son activité de création, la Compagnie transmet l’art du mime au sein d’écoles de cirque et de théâtre, en France et à l'étranger.

Actor y mimo.

Junto a Petronio Cáceres, Enzo Gárate de Perú y Juan Bravo de Chile formamos la Red Latinoamericana de Mimos. Se convierte en una red que promueve el mimo a través de encuentros internacionales en Chile, Honduras, Perú Colombia y Ecuador. En nuestro país se realizó el Primer Encuentro Internacional de Mimo y Pantomima La Alegría del Silencio 2011 organizado por el grupo Trompos y Garabatos y con el apoyo de FEIM Ecuador con participación de siete países. El público pudo ver mimo con distintos estilos y tendencias.

Comenzé en este hermoso Arte hace 9 años en el grupo "Dejando Huella" he sido parte del Instituto de Expresión Máxima. Me he presentado a niños, jovenes y adultos regalando sonrisas y muchos momentos especiales.
Amo este Arte y agradezco toda la alegría y experiencias que esto me ha brindado. Me considera un ser imperfecto pero con la convicción de que el crecimiento es cada día a través de la disciplina, constancia y motivación por brindar calidad al público.

I started in this beautiful art for 9 years in the "making their mark" I have been part of the Institute of High Expression. I have presented to children, youth and adults giving smiles and many special moments.
I love this art and appreciate all the joy and experience that this has given me. I considered an imperfect but in the belief that growth is increasingly through discipline, perseverance and motivation to provide quality to the public.

Je suis né en 1973 en France à Fontainebleau (77). À 15 ans, je décide de devenir comédien. En 1990, j'intègre une école des Arts du Spectacle en Dordogne. En 1993, j'essaye pendant 15 jours l’école du Passage de Niels ARESTRUP puis entre à l'école internationale de Mimodrame de Paris - MARCEL MARCEAU.
De 1996 à 1998, je fais mon service national en tant qu'objecteur de conscience. À partir de 1998, je commence pleinement ma carrière de comédien et d'artiste Mime. Je joue pour le théâtre, la télévision, le cinéma, l'événementiel.
J'enseigne également mon art auprès des enfants, adolescents et adultes.

J'ai co-écrit quatre spectacles de Mime et écrit un spectacle de Commedia dell'arte disponible aux éditions Les Cygnes. Depuis le 02 mai 2018, mon deuxième livre a été publié aux éditions. Il s'agit de Laurenzaccio !
